Kirstie Leightley
Kirstie joined the TW team in 2021. Born in Kent, Kirstie grew up in a non-horsey but very supportive family, who were always behind her riding career. A regular on the British Pony, Junior and Young Rider circuit, she has been competing since a young age and is no stranger to winning. A great opportunity then came up for Kirstie to be the stable jockey for top British rider Guy Williams in France. This is where Kirstie has been for the last couple of years, competing alongside Guy at all the top European shows and having the chance to jump top horses at the international level. Kirstie has produced her right the way through from novice level to international 4* classes and the combination was placed in the 2018 Hickstead Speed Derby.
